Downtown is not far from the property, walking distance to museums and car parking was available at the hotel

The service is GREAT and the food is alright. Mimara is only 200 metres away from the venue.

Quiet location with free parking, If you don't want to walk the tram stops nearby

Great hotel and in a geat location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and everything you require is at your fıngertips. Defınetley would stay again and wıll recommend to others.

Amazing hotel, very comfortable bed, cosy room, delicious breakfast, made our stay pleasant and easy.

Acceptable location not too far from center and nice staff. Turbo elevator :)

Comparatively old building (70s or 80s) with rather inexpensive stuff inside (incl. stupid windows system that you can't widely open; outdated conditioning system and inconvenient shower). No WiFi. Little to no shopping area.

Parking fee's - even if someone just dropping you off!

The location is perfect, all the sightseeings are near it and you can walk there. People there are very friendly.

They asked us to pay 30 euroes more than it was in the conformation fax without explaining anything. It was very cold in the room we stayed. The maidens didn't clean our room well. We had to ask for everything (there weren't any slippers, the bath robe was only one), As for the food at the hotel restaurant, it was rather expensive, but quite plain and not varied.

Helpful staff and good service, but not over the top for a 5 star hotel. Good view over the city from the upper floors. The restaurant served a really nice dinner.

Breakfast and minibar charges too expensive. We did not use it.

Your breakfast was excellent, very clean restaurant, good coffee. The lady server that served us and had been there for 35 years was the best, sense of humor and service. I also appreciated the wi fi access in the lobby as I had a Ipad with me. Front counter service was good and helpful

There was a sulfer odor in our room at times

I liked the fact tha is close to the center of town

My bathroom wasn`t sanitised.

The location is good, the room was clean, spacious and tasteful. The breakfast was excellent and the internet connection reliable.

The price was slightly more than stated in the confirmation. The staff wasn't really willing to discuss the topic :(

air conditioning turned off, wifi does not work in the room, noisy as had to sleep with window open.
